St. Edward’s School Art Exhibitions and Achievements

St. Edward’s School marked its centenary year with two grand art exhibitions. The first held on 25–26 October 2025 at the Government Museum and Art Gallery, Chandigarh, was inaugurated by Mr. Madan Lal. Sponsored by SJVN Ltd., the exhibition showcased over hundred acrylic paintings on canvas, created by young artists. The second exhibition, Vintage Tales, was organised on 4–5 November 2025 at the Gaiety Theatre, Shimla. It also featured more than 100 student artworks from Classes 4–12, drawing significant appreciation.

Adding to the school’s artistic accomplishments, students participated in the State-Level Painting Competition organised by SJVN, on 20 November 2025. With 55 contestants in both junior and senior categories, Vedansh Singh Negi of 9C secured the 1st position in the senior category, while Arjun Lotheta of 7C achieved the 2nd position in the junior category. Both the students have qualified to represent Himachal Pradesh at the National-Level Competition in Delhi on 11 December 2025.
