APG Shimla University in association with HIM - ANCHAL Chef Association of Himachal Pradesh organised a Cooking Competition at State level. The competition was attended by
students from various schools and Hotel Management Institutes. Six students from our Cuisine Club from classes 9-12 secured the second position for over all outstanding performance and Presentation.Our students left no stone unturned to make their food items palatable and appealing. The participants came out with immensely mouth-watering dishes.
In the Future Chef Individual category our student Mannan Kapoor secured the second position with the Dish 'Chocolate Ragi Ladoos.'
The other Dishes which were cooked and presented were :
1. Ragi Croissant with Hummus and Brocolli Dip
2. Afghani Paneer Tikka
3. Makhana puddin with orange
sauce
4. Kimchi Rice and
5. Horse Gram - kulathi Dal Idlis with Mint Chutney
