The program began with a warm introduction followed by a prayer seeking good health for all. The students presented an informative and entertaining skit on healthy eating habits, highlighting the importance of including all food groups in daily meals. A cheerful poem on nutritious food added fun and enthusiasm to the event. The 'Balanced Bite Quiz' further engaged students and tested their knowledge about healthy foods. 

The assembly helped students to understand the importance of eating a balanced diet and maintaining good health every day.
